I am descended from the Birkleys / Berkleys of Newburn, Ponteland, Stamfordham, NBL and certain parts of Durham Co. I am very interested in making contact with other family, especially the descendants of Matthew Charlton Berkley, Cuthbert Birkley, and Thomas Birkley. I am of course happy to provide the research I have done, and if you have hit the proverbial "brick wall" I may have some info that might help you, as far as Birkley / Berkley anyway.
