Can't help with the PR but had a look in 1841 - no Vokins (or variants) in Baydon only 9 in the whole of Wiltshire. If you want them let me know and I'll post.

Found the following in Baydon, all names Vokins unless otherwise shown...............

Baptisms: 
4 May 1690 Thomas s. of Thomas
22 Jan 1692/3 William s. of Thomas

Burials;
29 Mar 1787 Hannah Voakins widow of William
1 Dec 1705 John s. of Thomas
23 Jan 1705/6 Sarah widow of Thomas
8 Dec 1736 Thomas

No marriages

Also found the following baptism by accident while looking through the parish of Chilton Foliat for someone else
8 Oct 1820 Maria d. of John and Mary Vokins, Foley, Labourer
