It looks as though William young's wife was Martha E clarke as she was with parents at the same address that william and martha (Percy's parents) were living at in 1891

on checking the marriage for William Young  and Martha ellen clarke was registered in the March Quarter of 1887 Chorlton 8c Page 1003
