Hi,

I will search the Allen Index at HALS when they re-open in early December after their annual stocktaking - unless someone has come up with a solution in the meantime.

I have found the family on the 1841 and 1851 census. If you want details please let me know.

Regards   ...   Peter

Have you seen this IGI record?

SARAH ELIZABETH WRIGHT
Christening: 22 APR 1827  Ware, Hertford, England
Father: JAMES WRIGHT
Mother: BETSY

There are also records for possible other children.

No sign of a marriage unfortunately  :(

Hello Geoff,

The only James Wright marriage in the Allen Index during the period 1815-1835 was 19th June 1825 James Wright/Sarah Lecount at Hertford All Saints witnessed by Elizabeth Goult and Fred Quant.

Not very helpfull I'm afraid.
