Hi folks.
My neighbour was round a day or so ago and was impressed with the work she see on here.
Today, she called round and asked if anything can be done with this old family photo.
I shall have a go myself of course, but bow to the more experienced for help please.

Hi MOK,
This is a real nightmare. There is little detail in the face of the man on the left.
-
I upped the contrast a bit but it still fairly rough.

Here's my try

Hi MOK
Has your neighbour got any other photos of the people so we can transplant heads?

Borrowed deadants hardwork to play with.
Added relection in water, added skin tone, cleaned up a bit around the faces.
But he still needs a new head ;D

Hi MOK
This is my first try at this type of restoration. If this was taken in England I know I have the sea and sky far too blue. Just a bit of wishful artistic licence.

Thanks everyone for you help, its a tricky one thats for sure.
I shall e-mail my Neighbour and get her on here, I have been singing praises about the site for weeks now.
I am sure she will be happy with the result so far.
It is the only photo she has of herself, brother and sister together in the one image, I shall ask if there is another suitable for cut n paste.
Jane, not a bad start for a first go.
