There is an unmarried William aged 23 living alone a couple of pages before this, could this be him? he does seem to be living next to a Jane Hogg.

any information on a marriage betwen William and Jane Hogg??
Is there a Phillip Graham listed on the 1841 census with a William Graham living in that household ?

How old is the William that you are looking for?

The young William age 22 living on his own seems to fit. Ages seem to differ with different census.

Phillip does fit with the visitor to Williams home on 1861 census.

Any way of going beyond 1841 to see whether William is the son of Phillip? It is possible as William seems to be on his own at the age of 22.

They may not be the right family ... there was a William GRAHAM baptised most years in Kirklinton!
