Can anyone tell me if William Mitchel Moore was a "Freeman" of Norwich he was born around 1806.

Please please tell me what you know of William Mitchell Moore, I think  well i am certain we can help each other out.
William Mitchell Moore  Hannah Garrett had 3 children to our knowledge..Tasmanian records state

Elizabeth Hannah Mooreborn 1841 Hobart Tas
Sophia Mary Moore Born 1848 Hobart Tas
William Mitchell Moore born 1844 Hobart Tas
we think William Mitchell Moore Jnr( changed middle name to Henry at sometime) came to Norwich and ran various drinking establishments (Pubs)
we believe William Mitchell Moore Snr Lived in St Julians Norwich in the 1861 Census as a Chelsea Pensioner, along with Daughters  Sophia and Elizabeth. my wife decends through Wiliam Mitchell Moore Junior.
Hopefully you can varify some of this and i can help you.
